Redesigning and developing testing environments
MedAustron in Wiener Neustadt, Austria, is one of the world’s most cutting-edge centers for cancer treatment and research. MedAustron uses an innovative form of radiation therapy, namely ion beam therapy. Patients get irradiated with charged particles – protons or carbon ions. This form of therapy is optimal for treating tumors close to radiation sensitive organs. Side effects can be reduced significantly.
Energa TM was contacted by MedAustron to perform certification of the system, designing of power supply.
