Pole monitoring system

Description

The smart pole monitoring system is a noninvasive real time monitoring system for pole infrastructure. It eliminates the need for frequent on-site inspection by providing the real time information of the state in which the pole is.

• several months of autonomous operation without physical interventions
• stand-alone power supply via inductive power consumption or solar photovoltaic panel
• operation in the external environment
• dimensions and mass of the measuring unit and elements for inductive energy consumption or solar photovoltaic panel suitable for mounting on a wooden pole
• 3-axis acceleration measurement
• measurement of environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, air pressure)
• the ability to store large amounts of data
• Wireless transmission of processed measurement results over long distances LoRa
• data transmission over short distances via 2.4GHz ISM channel for the needs of program update, operation management and transmission of measurement results
