FCN-B BEE tester

Description

Functional description.
The FCN-B BEE tester is used as a complete testing interface for the FCN-B BEE (back end electronics). The tester provides the following functionality:

• Protocol communication testing via toggle switches with differential outputs over the proprietary communications connector.
• Acts as a power interface – the tester is powered over 4 mm “banana” type connectors. This power is also used on the FEE communication interface.
• Shows status of the FEE to BEE interface via LEDs (internal power and connection).
• Simulates the FEE input.
