DESIGN
Creating a product that will set you apart from your competitors is challenging. Extensive expertise and many years of experience enable us to design, develop and manufacture products with high added value while guaranteeing consistent high quality and an excellent price-performance ratio.
PROOF OF CONCEPT
When developing and creating a proof of concept our goal is to bring the idea to life in the shortest time possible with the lowest cost. This phase is short and the end result is not something sellable or even a device to be looked at but rather proof that the idea passes the real life test. We also gain the requirements that the final product will need to fulfil as well as a general design and development direction that needs to be taken.
While this means making a demonstrative device, this does not mean that it may not already show how the final device will look like or may even be applicable in such a way.
PROOF OF CONCEPT goals:
- Testing the idea
- Finding requirements it needs to fulfill
- Proving it has real world potential (is usable / sellable)
PROTOTYPE
In the prototype phase we create a low number of products that already look, function and feel like the final version but may have features missing, the design might not be final or the products are not cost optimized. Prototypes allow our customers to test form and function, present them to their customer or stakeholders and ensure they have been designed appropriately for manufacturing.
Benefits:
- Test all properties, electrical, mechanical, functional and user experience before serial production
- Present product to customer
- Improve production processes
- Check market and get feedback before serial production
FINAL PRODUCT
The final and most anticipated stage is the mass production of the final product. In addition to having a design that is finalized the goal is also for it to be easily producible, robust while being cost effective.
Benefits:
- Low production time
- Reduced costs
- Robust design
- Feature full and upgradable (if required)
